The rates available are very competitive and the lenders will lend on: - The hourly or daily rate detailed in your contract. For example £400 per day multiplied by 48 weeks would give a gross income of £96,000 and with a multiplier of 3.25 could provide a mortgage of up to £312,000.
- Limited Company Accounts - the total of salary and dividends are assessed and provide the base figure to which the multiplier is applied.
